Have seriously had more luck just going to a bar and literally just sitting near girls I like, casually glancing over to them and then saying shit like "what are you drinking" at most or just waiting for them to talk to me after said glances. Girls will initiate shit more likely if you just throw them bait as opposed to just pouncing on then like a predator.

In public, randomly approaching a bitch out of fucking nowhere is ridiculously stupid and shooting in the dark.
