If your age is 23 or above and you aren't lean or have any muscle, it's genuinely over for you. As you age your testosterone levels will rapidly decrease, your skeletal muscle will lose the ability to synthesize protein, age-related muscle loss is just a fact, and you can't do anything about it, doesn't matter how much you lift or how much you train. If you're old and haven't build any muscle yet, then the time is of the essence.

I am big on peptides since they don't cause infertility, and have been proven to actually make you more fertile.
I would suggest hoping on MK-677, which is a GH-releasing peptide. You will be doing a bulk first.
You should be starting with 12.5mg every day. To control your blood sugar use either berberine or metformine every day. Furthermore you should be taking calcium, vitamin D, psyullim and magnesium, which will hopefully counteract the decreased insulin sensitivity and ensure bone mass formation.
Remember you have to lift weights when taking MK, ideally go gym 5 times per week, and do at least 20+ minutes of LISS cardio after every session.

Why not just eat raw testicles and raw liver and get plenty of sunlight?

Maybe there's some validity to this when you're middle aged but 23?

I'm 19 I have really good muscle mass for barely lifting. Im a goatis organmaxxer. Will my test tank at 23?

Exactly, that's why you should start at 23, cause then in your late 20s, you should solely focus on maintaining your built muscle mass, this can be done by dieting and regular exercise.
 
What should I do to preserve it as much as possible? Outside of my current diet/habits
If you want natural then focus on sleep, diet, lifting weight, having regular sex, limiting stress and cortisol.

Also testosterone supplements, like turkesterone, are all BS. If you want to take testosterone boosters then just hop on TRT
thinking about doing that. worried for fertility though maybe micro dosing won't ruin me. But Im pretty much done developing so TRT wouldn't do much other than make me feel incredible all the time

100% correct, eating is the most optimal option. But just make sure you do eat the recommended amounts everyday. Although some supplements also have been proven to be better, for instance you need 5g of EPA or DHA omega-3, for this you need to eat fish every single day, but fish have microplastics, so it’s safer to eat less fish, like 2-3 times a week, and just take the omega-3 supplement.

MK only works if you put some work in as well. Start with MK, do a bulk, then do a cut, if your physique is still grotesque, then hop on anabolic steroids
