Acne does affect looks but a little is normal. It's a lot of it that really hurts your looks. It sometimes disgusts me when I see a girl with a lot of acne

Clear skin is such a big halo, I doubt any HTNs can truly be seen as HTNS with acne. I'm rated HTN on average with clear skin but irl I feel like shit because of my acne. Literally matters for us normies the most.

Nah, acne definitely is the most important health indicator. Even though I mog my 14 year old self in everything he still had more general appeal to teenage girls then as I do now. Acne is most important for pretty boys imo.

Acne doesnt make yiu uglier but you would be way prettier without it. Thatd why im taking anti acne pills
