Cope with whole foods so you can't massively over eat. Don't cope with goyslop it's too easy to overeat.

Good advice , the jews make the goyslop less filling so you eat more therefore waste even more money. The only real happiness you will get from foods are probally happiness from steaks etc

Dude do u think people with eating disorders pick what they eat?no they just eat the first thing they see,it could be raw ramen..lettuce..dry bread anything

Or do sport so you lose calories during the day, this way you can eat as much as you want without getting fat. But org users don’t like leaving their computer chair as we know

Pretty sure sport (cycling) somehow gave me insulin resistance.

The main issue for me is chronic high cortisol due to my SHIT LIFE and exercise just causes further cortisol increase which wrecks insulin sensitivity. Before someone claims “exercise increases insulin sensitivity!” Maybe if you are some dopaminergic Chad.

Eh I used to, but I don't have time to exercise as much as I used to in highschool. Probably above 20 hours per week

It’s so fucked and self-destructive. In nature you’d be supposed to remove yourself from the stressful situation I guess so it would be a temporary thing but you can’t remove oneself from WAGESLAVING.

We have to live for years, decades, with extreme cortisol levels, in a constant state of high stress.

You can integrate sport into your everyday life, for example by going to school with a bike and go back home with the bike. Then after you go home, you can do 20-30 minutes exercises in your backyard or your room, that’s more than enough if you do it right

Steak, eggs, anything made out of ground beef, and chicken are by far the most satisfying foods for both satiety and taste. Seafood is scrumptious but not nearly as fulfilling as just ANIMAL FLESH.
