Do red grapes really lengthen telomeres? I love eating red grapes...
Should I really focus on telomeres?
How do I slow down aging(appearance wise)?
Also there're inherently contradictory things such as exercise prolongs your life, but exercise requires energy and oxygen, which is exactly what ages you - oxidation + energy expenditure.
Also I personally believe that carbs age you faster.
Just random things that came to my mind, not really forum related.

I don't think Telomeres is the be-all and end-all of longevity; but it's a part, so it shouldn't be neglected in my opinion.

For slowing down telomere shortening, I only take Astragalus these days; but I've done a few Epitalon cycles in the past.

Longevity science is highly complex, and involves a myriad different elements, that have to be studied in interaction.

Carbs ingestion may produce advanced glycation end-products (AGEs) under a slew of different circumstances; so, briefly put, Carbs will contribute to general aging (the assertion is to be mitigated depending on circumstances).

For extrinsic aging, just browse the .me forum and you'll know how to slow down facial aging.

I'm not commenting on exercise here, because it's a hugely complex topic to mesh into longevity science;

But, it's highly unlikely that you will exercise TOO MUCH, so that you actually contribute to significant aging (barring starvation, dehydration, cardiovascular health issues, etc,...) (I might make a thread about Exercice and Longevity)

What are some foods and supplements that are a must? I've heard that blueberries are needed.
Is Yoga and similar exercises good?
Is meditation good and what kinds?
Is beef steak good or bad?
What about stuff like tea?
Are there good therapies and treatments like massages, saltbaths and steamrooms that I should know about?

Interesting article on how to fix your hormones (found on longecity):

Depression/anxiety are just chemical imbalance. You can fix this shit easily without taking jewish drugs like SSRI tbh ngl.

your body is adapted to eat a balanced diet with tendency to eat less carbs
