The only correct way to mew, is through the instructionals via Mike mew himself. It shows you how to position the tip of the tongue, how to breath, etc.

There are old videos online with his info, you can still watch them.

Palate expander was the only legit "procedure" I got (for bizygomatic expansion), mostly just a combination of soft and hardmaxxers during puberty.

Did the palate expander help your under eye area and canthal tilt? Or atleast if you had dark circles did it help with that? I’m hoping for better Zygo support to lessen my sclera show and boost my canthal tilt, I already have a PCT it’s just droopy cuz of no zygo support

Absolutely, I had negative canthal tilt before my orthodontic treatment, now I have positive tilt, I think my under eye got slightly better too.

Actually, mewing isn't enough to change bone structure after 14, BUT with the help of the right tools such as palate expander, change in bone structure is very much real and happens during your whole life. It just gets harder and longer with aging

Probably most people who have looked into mewing and orthotropics have recessed maxillas and insufficient oral volume for correct tongue posture. For people like this (including me), raising the posterior third of the tongue partially or completely closes the airway.
The only way to fix this is surgery, which also may give the benefit of having a larger airway. But Mike Mew makes it a point to never recommend surgery, going as far as to say to learn a different breathing pattern for this issue. To intermittently suffocate yourself while mewing between breaths. The guy is a JOKE.
