Ethnic, like a med, balkan or turk with blue eyes it just looks out of place

Or like a cuck, blue is the most feminine and doesnt fit with masculine brown hair

Strange contrast in general it just doesnt fit like all other colors

This is legit. It goes both ways too. I have like light brown/dark strawberry blond with hazel eyes which matches pretty well but my sister has light blond with brown eyes, it looks weird, mildly evil. A lot of the time those ethnicities you described will also have weirdly thick dark eyebrows that clash with the blond hair too
