Grass fed butter, meats, eggs, lower carb intake. i barely get bloated ever unless i'm sick or stressed.

fish and meat, make that like 70-75 percent your diet workout 3-4 times a week.

20-30 percent fruits/vegetables and water/low calorie lemonade, rice, sweet patatoes,plantains,eggs

i still rot on .org but while walking, i gymcel 5x a week.

steps are overpowered for leanmax, easy cals burnt whilst not increasing hunger at all and can be done anywhere .
