Im currently cutting from 163.4 lbs to 145 or 154 at 6'2. if you think about this why is every male model/mogger some skinny dude with a low bmi? i've done my research and i found out that most male models are sitting in a 19.1 or 18.6 BMI is crazy. not only this will increase your facial definition overall and also IT WILL MAKE your eyes deep set. im 16 btw.

There’s no reason to not at least get your noob gains from lifting, it only takes 2-3 years, and you’ll still be decently attractive at 15-20% or you never had a chance to be model tier anyway.
