Simple as that.

Walking has been proven to be the best form of cardio anyone can do at any starting point.
If your not hitting 10k a day your not looksmaxxing. Walking will burn calories and make you temporarily debloated as it is a form of cardio.

Also, in the long run it is extremely beneficial if you are like 15%+ bf to lean max (no1 looksmax anyone can do)

Walking is law.

Also having a cool but masculine way of walking is a looksmax by itself
