Nah I knew what I wanted to fix but I’m not a craniofacacial expert so I asked him about Canthoplasty and he explained that you should never perform a sole Canthoplasty and combine it with lower lid retraction in order to prevent dragging the lower eyelid m. He also explained combining Infraorbital rim implants with this procedure would help push the lower eye up and remove droopiness. So this helped me understand what I needed
