Do at least 20 push ups in a row slowly without stopping.
Bench press (flat) at least 225 lbs. for 1 solid rep (full ROM) slowly.
Squat at least 225 lbs. ATG.
Deadlift at least 300 lbs.
Do at least 5-10 chin ups.
Biceps curl at least 50 lb. dumbbells each hand slowly & full ROM.
Bend over row 200 + lbs. slow and full ROM.
Know basic boxing or fighting skills.
Weigh at least 165 lbs.
Be at least 5'10" in normal shoes.
Have at least a single hand grip crush of 180 lbs. on a dynamometer.
Have enough stamina to not get tired doing physical work for 1 hour minimum.
