I've spent thousands of dollars for multiple sessions of laser treatments to remove the hyperpigmentation (dark spots) on my cheeks, and the results have been dismal.

They were only been able to remove the most superficial layer of "brown" discoloration, but the purple pigment deep in my skin (which causes the superficial brown when exposed to the sun) is still the same.

This is ridiculous. I didn't need to waste my time and money for such pathetic results. I've removed the superficial brown stains on my face many times at home by using Retin-A (0.1%) and exfoliating them off. I didn't have to pay these retards to do that. I paid them to get rid of the purple that lies deep in my dermis, like a tattoo. Apparently, there is no technology that can achieve that (enlighten me if I'm wrong).

Moral of the story? If you can't remove a dark spot on your face at home, don't expect anyone else to.

No cream is able to remove the purple pigment deep within my dermis. All creams only affect the epidermis (upper layer of skin). That's pathetic.
