idk, its still a big risk, I have tmj and I avoid really hard foods like carrots and nuts cause theyll basically cause me pain and tension in my jaw for the next 24 hours. also along with that it can make my masseters swollen and give me ugly square faceIf I start feeling pain I'll stop
Did it ascend you?I currently chew falim gum to near failure every 2 days, maybe 6 months ago I used to Chew 10 pieces of mastic gum aggressively for as long as I could and after 3 days my jaw started clicking luckily I stopped and after a month my TMJ symptoms disappeared. You have to be careful not to overdo it and to remember the masseters are muscle, train them with appropriate rest days, sets, with progressive overflow (Start Chewing with low intensity and increase it slightly over time)
It made my jawline a bit more sharper, angular and wider, I have now started to see some hollowing of my cheeks even though my body fat increasedDid it ascend you?
