All I would do is

1. Take preventable measures against my skin so I don’t have acne and scar

2. Force nose breathing during night and day so I don’t get unnecessary recession

3. Do a different sport where I lifted more weights

4. Wear my retainer after I got my braces off, (I was retarded and thought my teeth wouldn’t shift, forgot about the retainer for 2 months, so I gotta get Invisalign eventually).
