If you dont alternate on the sides you sleep you might end up having asymetry if you are still growing (i have one)

I used to sleep excessively on my right side during last 3 year. Wolfs law made my right cheekbone and temples more developed and left my left cheekbone and temples less developed.

When i look straight to my face in the mirror asymetry is very clear.

Now i am sleeping on the left side excessively to fix it.

Remember guys, alternate the sides.

I thought it would be the other way around. If your right side is being pushed inwards with a constant force then shouldn't the cheekbones be less visible?

fuck wolf guy its all happening because of him

My left orbital and temples and cheeks look like chico's. My right cheekbone is way more proturuding anteriorly and laterally. You can tell that i have good cheekbone by looking at the right one because its obvious but thats not the case with left. I can definetly feel how my left bone is thicker than right, its not pleacebo, random people can tall by touching too.

Same goes for my right temples laterally.

I will post a photo when i buy aa new phone and pigs start to fly.

Sleep on your back then, it's the best sleeping position, no assymetries and no pressure on shoulder and hip joints

Hard as fuck to sleep in that position tbh, any tips? Also that shit is death for sleep apnea cels, and if you have allergies you'll need some nasal spray every night.

That’s not going to fix that side. Push on the side of the palate with less developed side with your tongue, hurts like a motherfucker and takes awhile (huge effort, likely not have willpower) how I fixed that problem
