I fraud a lot of small things about myself. I fill in my eyebrows, wear nicer clothes that fit my frame, and emphasize a narrower waist. I style my hair in a way that frames my face and hides my less flattering side. I take pictures after I’m pumped at the gym and sometimes even slightly edit my delts to appear bigger. I do this mostly to give myself motivation to keep chasing the size I want
...it helps fuel my goals. In my opinion, a small degree of body dysmorphia can be healthy if it keeps you from stagnating.
I wear shoes that give me an extra half-inch in height and wear my pants higher than usual to create the illusion of a slightly shorter torso. I improve my skin with TCA peels and maintain a high cell turnover rate. I almost always take photos at a 3/4 angle because it’s my best feature, even though some might consider it deceptive.
If you’re not enhancing something about yourself, are you even trying? The goal is to chase a look you want. I created a look online and irl that I maintain to chase and achieve. Manifesting might not be real in a sense watching videos won't get you there. But faking it till you make it actually works. I faked having good skin when I was younger with Photoshop untill I actually had good skin. I "manifested" the look I want.
