If you don't have a psl of 3.5 to 4 or above with reccessed mandible and easily fixable flaws then you're already fucked. You can surgeymax all you want but you'll just go from looking like a subhuman to looking like a normal person jfl cope and rope

I have seen examples of legit deformed 2PSL crouzon syndrome patients or people with thyroid disease ascend to above average because of good eye spacing.

I'm not really that recessed but I've got an overbite which is goofld enough to get me lf2. Or maybe even MLF3 from sinn. I'm. Asking today. That should ascend me 1-1.5 psl form my base of 4.5 (goof fwhr, good ipd, good lips, white etc) that alone can ascend me to chsdlite or Chad. Then when I get my eye area done 0.5 psl still Chad. Nose dines is another 0.5 added on (I read this psl guide and am adding on points compared to where I started at) wrap around jaw and other custom implants yet again 0.5 but I think thats literally the highest I'll get. All dpleoends on whether I ca get this MLF3. Also lots of people do cope to. They can't even improve their base to ascend. Nad genetics. But I'm convinced I can ascend. Like I feel it in my gut and get a surge of dopamine.
