If you don’t have a home gym it’s better to stick to machines over free weights for muscle

The only exception I’d say is the bench and OHP but even then the bench machine is supeiror cuz they target upper chest and that’s the most aesthetic part of chest

The leg press is superior to the squat in every way possible, the extension machine is superior to lateral raises and Tricep pulls

The rest should just be pull ups and dips if you can.

Of course compounds give you better athleticism if you have good form but most bloated gymcels don’t even do squats and deadlifts right

Machines mog free weights hard, only problem is they're often crowded

Or you can just do 500 push ups per day. No need for the machines.
