Right now it is nearly 5.30am and I'm still awake.

I have work at 9:00am., so at 8:59 I will wake up and attach my mouse to a running fan so my Microsoft Teams status is still showing 'available. I will then go back to sleep for an hour.

I will actually wake up at 10am, then do some light work until 12pm. I will go to sleep during my lunch break at 12pm,for an hour. Then I'll do some work between 1-3pm - I will actually finish my "work" in 2 hours, but I will tell my manager it takes 4 hours (she has no idea how long things actually take). So I will then use the fan method to larp I am online until 5pm while in bed asleep again or browsing .org and shitposting.

Can't say don't want to doxxx. But many disciplines in IT involve WFH because they don't need an office to operate in.

If I was starting all over in life I would prioritize going down a WFH career path since you can travel and geomax with it, you're not so stuck in one place. I'm really feeling that now, I had a good few months at work recently but tomorrow I go back to this role that's shitty work and less pay, ropefuel honestly.

Hybrid gigamogs WFH for me. I'm an extreme ADHDcel, so much to the point where it's basically considered to be a disability. I can get off track very, very easily if I'm not surrounded by a productive environment.

Very few places offer 100% remote. I am hybrid myself. I have to go into the office two days per week.. officially it's 3 days, but I never actually have gone in three days.

I'm lucky AF ngl. I got this job just before covid hit. Hybrid and remote jobs are 10 times more in demand for obvious reasons.

They pay slightly less maybe. But it's 100% worth it.
