i mean laying on back or side but so that even your neck isnt tense because headache can also come from tense neck

if you feel bad, fully lay in bed, because its the fastest regeneration and most bearable

once u feel fully regenerated without any pain and have trouble laying, then go use your laptop or smartphone

you can also watch tv, i watch more tv now to use less laptop and smartphone cuz those make my back pain worse

if feel bad like back pain or headache dont stand or sit, but ly fully.

a longer laying phase of at least 2 hours is important and effective so your muscles regenerate

if fact i guarantee very much of your bad feelings come because ur too much on laptop and smartphone

u should also move as much as you can, the more the better, but never overwhelm yourself

moving makes you feel better in the LONG RUN

during back pain or headache every second u stand or sit is harmful and makes the pain worse

its very important to be in positions that dont put pressure on your back and change positions often

good and bad feelings also come outta nowhere , never assume a feeling, good or bad, will last
