if you feel not good, all is lost, u shouldnt do anything just lay in bed and try to sleep. wait until u feel good again.

if i start feeling even slightly bad, i immediately give up, realize all is lost for the moment, lay down in bed, try to sleep.

the sooner u give up when u feel bad, and not try to do anything, the faster the bad feeling will go away

I always remind myself its impossible to feel better than good, and worse than bad. I CANT FEEL MUCH MORE/LESS
