I think Americans will be less likely to comply wit the draft given extreme social turbulence.
In contrast, I wonder if the Europeans will be more successfully propagandized to fight. There is more of a tangible and historically evident ethnocentric culture in many European countries, which intelligence agencies will try to tap into like they did in Ukraine with Azov.
