Just use a safety razor. You can buy like a year worth of blades for like $10. No irritation and every hair comes off smoothly.

been using one for like 3 years now, it is the best electric trimmer i have ever used in my life by far, life changing tbh. can shave all the way down to the skin, no guard, without any irritation etc. and comes with multiple guards like 3mm, 5mm, etc
