You will be just fine if you lose the weight slowly (max. 1% body fat per month, maybe 1,5% max) and don't go to an absurdly low body fat percentage like 6% (you wont be able to do it anyway without extreme diet restriction, dinitrophenol and ephedrine, even IFBB pros struggle to get here).

In other words, eat at a caloric deficit. Don't do crash diets like repeated 3 day fasts.

You might get fat loss in unwanted areas like undereyes though, but that's fixed with $300 worth of filler.

Severe collagen degradation is only an issue at age 40+ unless you've cooked your skin in the sun in your 20s.

I weight like 64kg and im 5.9 tall yet my face is still puff as fuck.. Is this caused by high carb consumption ?

it can be due to high water rentetion but you're probably also holding fat.
Loss fat and get your pottasium

I was jogging for one month and lost like 2-3kg weight but sadly it did not help burn fatness from my face.. I lost my motivation. I need change my diet. I eat too much carb.

eat in morning
cut off refined carbs but best try as low carb as possible beacuse they spike sugar and make you unable to burn fat.
eat high protein
also think about gym or calisthenic workout in order to prevent muscle mass.

Body never burns ONLY muscle but if you weren't eating enough protein and working out you could potentially loss some of your lean muscle mass, but as you said above you lost 2-3 kg so its probably mostly ''water weight''. My weight have water fluctuations about ~4 kg or even more if you add stomatch weight.

If you don't lift weights hard during your cut - yes, you will lose muscle mass and look weak after the cut.

You should lift at 90-100% of your strength while cutting.

If your face is still chubby after going so low in weight, you *still* have extra weight piled on and very little muscle mass.

If your muscle mass is very low, it could be you need to go as low as 52-55kg to have a chiseled face.

I would seriously consider a lean bulk after that if you ever get to that point. (Lifting hard at a slight caloric surplus)

I see. Thank you for input. How much protein you would recommending in cutting phase? I just wanna be leaner with same muscle mass I have right now.

1,5 to 2 grams per kg of bodyweight. So even while you are cutting, 120 to 180g of protein daily for the average guy.
(While you wont make new personal maximums while in a caloric deficit - you should continue lifting as usual during a cut, so don't cancel your gym membership!)

Getting 60-100g of protein daily from food is extremely easy. That's about 400g of chicken or lean beef.

The rest can be supplemented with shakes, powders, protein bars etc.

Jesus how long until dermatologists figure out how to inject collagen into skin to age better??

Some article said once you were high 30s I think that low bodyfat (sub 15%?) makes faces appear older.
