do you envy guys who are at your height and above who are actually genetically fit ? Or did the gym help
 
The truth is you're never going to be satisfied.

Going to the gym is only going to help you, more muscle is a good thing.

Not lifting because other people are "genetically fit" is cope asf, as long as your insertions aren't complete dogshit and you have some semblance of a clavicle you'll be aight.

Upper Lower 4x a week
