run a full body split. look it up. 1 set and 4-6 reps but less reps is fine tbh. just follow that and youll be golden dont listen to people saying ppl or anything.

Yeah I basically do this. I target 2 muscle groups e.g shoulder/biceps or triceps / chest. Compound exercises like bench press.

Fuck legs. I always wear long pants so they don't see my chicken legs.
