if you were to (dont actually do this) skin your entire face off leave just the muscles and nerves and blood vessels all sticking out with no skin to cover them or if you had a extremely disfigured face from an incident or were just ugly (sub3/sub5), and were to put a fullface mask on (like sally face, Michael myers, etc) You would have a better chance at pulling women. WAY better chance, especially if you did dark triad and/or above 5'7 (ectomorph build), you would have a better chance at pulling foids, just look at all the fangirls of michael myers or any faceless/masked character being a "CONTROVERSIAL HEAR ME OUTTH!!!", being faceless gives no canvas for a foid to observe or judge whats under the mask or over it, it makes them sympathetic and wanting to be your partner cause they have this "aww noone wants this poor guy cause he has no faceee" thought for a second (they dont think that on sub3/sub5's they just file cases against those, halo effect) before becoming ur wife, this is the only case where you need to act well and dress well and try to fit into her type without her noticing.
