I haven't gotten sick in 3 years also oddly correlates to when I stopped taking any vaccines including flu. Just take take zinc and it'll go away

You should be getting sick at least once a year to avoid to build up of toxins in your body

I had a cold/infection for 2 months and then brutal cough at the end that I never let recover (not even a bit) but it was weird coz I didn’t get chills or fever, just a lot of dizziness, nausea, sinus congestion, ear congestion, etc. Physio actually thinks I got PPPD from that and some other traumatic shit that happened during that time + an injury, extreme stress, etc.

Yeah last year I had trapped air in my lungs after cold that only went away 7 months later now I have fucking PPPD . I wish I would just get mild flu or some shit every year instead of weird shit
