Would it be David Laid tutorials

Connor Sinnan?


Guys recommend some stuff!!

Is Calisthenics Cope?

Is a gym necessary or are a couple weights enough?

seems on point
Just run a split that you like ( I use upper lower) while picking an movement make sure that it loadable is it easy to add weight to or is stable enough so no other muscles are getting worked apart from one you are trying to train

What if someone doesn’t have the money
Just tailgate someone as they go in lol.

You should be saving up money to set up your own home gym. You can develop a decent home gym for $500-$700

Home gyms in my opinion are a huge waste of money as why not go to an actual decent gym for that money for a year then be limited on the amount of exercises you can do

You are not limited at all. Most of the equipment in the gym is cope that you are never gonna use anyway. You might use it once or twice when you first start, but most of your gains will be made with the dumbells and barbell.

All you need is a pair of adjustable dumbells. (Mine goes up to 40kg). A 7ft olympic barbell. An ez bar. A squat rack w pull up bar/dip bar. Like 100-200 kg in weight places and a bench.

This is all the equipment you need to build a great physique all the other shit is just extra

The only peptides worth taking are Reta,ghcku and mt1 or mt2

I get what you mean but having good gym equipment such as prime or atlantis Mogs so hard

These are like amazon prices too. If you were willing to buy from ebay or facebook marketplace much cheaper
