Lefort does Jack shit on the submental.
The submental is the region near your hyoid your submental is that entire region.
Lefort is concerned with your upper jaws specefically your maxilla.

At the same time my hyoid started to lower, I grew some weird ass lymph nodes (got ultrasound) which haven’t gone for like 5 months. Haven’t reduced in size either. Kinda messing with my submental, which was godlike before and now it’s average for a low bf% cel
