Me in June at around 200 lbs vs me now at 164 lbs. I had no idea what a drastic change it would be. I feel like most people don’t realize what being overweight can do to the face, it can obscure all of your features. Unless you have a top tier eye area, being overweight = ugly by default.

so actually I’ve been going since January. I was really fat because I became an alcoholic + binge eater combined so was at like 250. I just started eating one large meal a day + trying to get as many steps in if I can. also no liquid calories at all which is big. the other day before Thanksgiving I was at 162.6 so still losing weight. this is what I looked like in January for reference vs. the other day. now just need to start lifting weights.

Ideally OP would get infraorbital rim implants and possibly lower eyelid retraction, but guess what, that's fucking expensive and time consuming
