You cry to your mother everyday and ask her why do you have this ass nose you get bullied everyday but you can't do anything because you cant afford rhinoplasty, the solution is in this thread have some patience and belief.
first step : we need to make your nostrils smaller, you have to put a swimming nose clip everyday while sleeping and start breathing from your nose, you also should be above 18 as breathing from your mouth while sleeping will destroy your face structure don't worry tho this step will only last 4 months while doing it you should apply hydrocortisone daily and retinol for 3 days a week
you also need to swim 4 to 5 days a week as studies show simmers have 30 percent more defined nose

second step : we need to fix your hump which is the easiest but the hardest at the same
you should crack your hump the easiest method and the most effective is renting a motorcycle i recommend a naked motorcycle like this one
you should drive at 110 mph then collide with a buff wall while leaning your head forward

when the impact is done you either gonna put to sleep or stay awake which is a slight chance but if that happen you should let someone you trust hit you with something hard on the back of your head so you could finally sleep
now your nose will be broken you need to let your friend operate an open structure rhinolasty on the spot he'll open your nose then remove any broken bones from it and then close it that simple.
third step : you should get dermal fillers to get that model like upturned nose i recommend stealing as it would cost 600 which is expensive
the most easy way is to befriend a plastic surgeon by reading the 48 laws of power book and doing the laws in their and while you are at the clinic he works in steal some easy peezy
