If you have a reccesed mandible and you don't permanently jut then wtf are you doing jfl. After one year of jutting your joints and bone will remodel and you will ascend harder then with surgery. You don't deserve to ascend if you don't jut.

That is not remodeling, yeah it is automatically jutted in my case to, but i adapted more advanced technique, i jut outside and mew inside when i m a sleep and in home.

I jut and mew at the same time it's way easier for me to hold the jut that way and also way easier to mew that way.

i hold my tongue on the roof of the mouth to but thats the only part of mewing, real mewing is not possibly will juting because teeth are not together.

I don't really believe that you are supposed to keep your teeth together while mewing tbh. Are you planning some type of surgery in the future to fix your bite? (Like lefort1 unironically) also nice to know that I have some homies who permanently jut like me ,shit was hard at first tbh but I even learned how to talk and eat and still have my jaw jutted.
