Do not get fillers, the bone resorption is greater for those who are recessed you will brutally fuck yourself up especially the chin due to the movements of lips/mouth and the muscle around it will cause more resorption in comparison to the other parts of the face. And bone resorption is one random mother fucker you never know how you might react as a filler or implant patient there are ways to prevent it a lot tho.

though studies differ some say HA cause significant bone resorption 35.9% noticable resorption in patient
positive correlation with volume per injection(less than 1ml per injection for less resorption)
injection group(HA) 75 BRI
controlled group(noninjected)82.86 BRI
BRI: bone thickness/incisive fossa to that in the mandibular symphysis

For me only acceptable place for fillers is upper eye lids and lips

migrate fillers are dogshit not enough studies too tf are these doctors doing
Upper lids mog so hard there is legit no migration and it lasts ages ,

Regardless very low volume of filler used migration wouldn’t be the worst thing

There is migration to distant areas and will always be with fillers.
blindness is a factor aswell
and nobody talks about the preformer aswell
You need actual good performers with fillers i just cant trust i see soooo many fucked up filler injections especially at women even chin they do it so narrow and pointy

You’re not gonna go blind from UEE fillers seriously ,

I’ve looked into it VERY extensively, I wouldn’t consider it a risk it’s that low.
As long as a blunt tip canula is used even if you do hit a nerve it’s ridiculously hard to fuck up,
And yes I agree a good injector is key, less is always more with fillers.
I would also never go over 3ml of filler in the face tbh for me.
Like jaw fillers have too much filler so too much potential for migration, implants mog in this area.

And rep my posts please bhai I am trying to get neutral post to rep it is a goal of mine , I know it’s sad….
I get no validation else where so I want it on an incel forum through reps…

Cope asf the reason why it migrates it due to larger volumes being injected because a lot of the times people OVERinject just look at any filler youtube channel if you wanna see. Fillers almost NEVER migrate when its in moderate. If you have average bones like most people and want that chad angularity and structure fillers are the best way to do it IMO in the short run but implants are better when you have recessed bones or are you looking for a more cost effective long term solution. Plus in the very rare chance they do migrates you can always use hyaluronidase acid and nowadays they even have ultra sound scans to make sure 100% of the filler is completely dissolved.
The jaw is legit one of the highest roi areas you can inject as most people lack angularity and structure and fillers can provde that.

HA fillers for example are a natural composition found in the human body - "One of the real advantages of an HA filler is that it is a natural material as the body is composed of lots of HA material in its tissues. Thus there are no known untoward effects of repeated HA filler injections such as accelerated aging or tissued damage." - DR eppley.

From June 2021 to March 2023, 78 patients were prospectively recruited for the study. There was a significant association between HA-injection and bone resorption [BRI M : pre (84.24±8.10%) vs post (79.21±8.70%), P <0.001; BRI N : pre 92.50% (73, 144%) vs 87.99% (63, 132%), P <0.001; bone thickness ratio: HA 24.08% (0, 48%) vs control 0 (0, 17%), P <0.001]. However, there was no difference in large-volume (>1 ml) and small-volume (≦1 ml) injection subgroups [bone resorption thickness ratio: (21.50±10.91%) vs (24.51±11.92%), P =0.350]. The imaging manifestation revealed discernible bone resorption in 35.90% of the patients, with an median bone resorption thickness ratio of 24.08%. Between October of 2019 and March 2023, 95 HA-injection patients (190 semimandibular cases), 95 normal controls were enrolled. The BRI M was significantly lower in the HA-injection group compared to the controls ( P <0.001)."

FUCKING hell mate, nah I thought you were talking about migration because I never thought that HA fillers would cause bone resorption it didn't make sense to me logically. Sorry asf man. But you are 1000% percent correct it seems there is a high rate of bone resorption with HA fillers this is suifuel asf.

Did you find any ways to prevent it?

I cant seem to find the og study but from what i know:
Less than 1ml filler per injection(though certain studies say volume doesnt matter)
The placement of the filler(need to find og study)
Patients reaction to fillers or silicone can differ A LOT
