I am not saying it is over for you, but you might as well cut it off and become red skull 
Shotgun noses are SUPER REPULSIVE, not only that but you definitely need multiple revisions to turn a shotgun barrel nose into a thin right triangle nose, remember MJ undergo multiple revisions for his shotgun nose to be fixed only for it to become so upturned it becomes uncanny.
( look at MJ's nose back in the late 70s then compare it to his nose from the late 80s to early 90s ) even hooked nose are so much better and easier to fix compared to shotgun noses.
If you have a shotgun nose, stop wasting your money and time for rhinoplasty only for it to become so thin it can break easily, just cut your nose off and become a real man
