Mother has insane bones. Never seen anyone in my life with them
Father is very high T also huge bones. Similar to Tony Soprano but better looking higher test

I did not eat any meat growing up and sat down all day because of single mom. Only child. Only played video games and never got sunlight. Only ate fruit & ice cream barely moved

turned out average height, htn, decent test but 20% body fat. Low bone mass smaller frame.

I am now 20.

If i ate 12 eggs a day, raw meat, etc., could i be getting some more bone mass from the development i missed out on?

Please intelligent people respond. Obviously this would make a difference. But to what extent now that majority of development is finished

You can improve bone density (~5–10% over years) but not skeletal width (genetically set). Your father’s “high T” bone structure reflects genetics + lifelong nutrition/exercise, not replicable post-adolescence. Prioritize calcium (1,000–1,200 mg/day: dairy, leafy greens, fortified foods), vitamin D (20–50 ng/mL blood level: sunlight, fatty fish, supplements), and protein (1.6–2.2 g/kg body weight: eggs, meat, legumes). 12 eggs/day is excessive (≈840 mg cholesterol; daily limit is 300 mg). Aim for 2–3 eggs + diverse protein sources (salmon, chicken, tofu). I personally wouldn't eat raw meat and some Weight-bearing/resistance training (squats, deadlifts) triggers bone remodeling.

If you were actually htn you wouldn't be on this site or complaining about your delevopment

20 is right on the edge i think you should go as hard as you can in gym right now like dont wait another second, just to see even if it doesnt change anything majorly it will still help

environment is more important than genetics

You’re not guaranteed to get the best features of both of your parents. You’re just born ugly dude.
Do you think Chico or Sean O Pry would look different if they ate only ice cream

Yes. They would objectively look worse and not develop properly
