I didn't wear any as a kid but in my late teens i started cos my vision got worse

Then at some point i started keto diet and it helped a lot for some reason, and i saw a couple people online say the same

Ever since then it has been alright, but it does get a bit blurry whenever i have a lot of sugary junk food and clearer once i cut sugar
