It is either water retention which you can easily fix with a diet or excess fat in the buccal fat pads which is mostly a genetic pre-disposition. But at 10% bodyfat it is almost impossible to not be chiselled. Your face structure will show

Now if you are 15% or around it you might need to cut more. But even then for most atp your face bones show, even if just in specific lighting settings

Even if you have shit bones you should be able to have slight hollow cheeks at less than 15%. Moreso if you fraud a bit by sucking slightly.

If you have good zygo projection, forward growth and such, you can have visible oge curve and hollow cheeks at much higher bf% but that relies on good bones.

Just get older theory. I don’t have the genes for it and my father still has chubby cheeks at 75 years of age, but my face is still becoming noticeably more defined as I get older, without dieting or exercise.

1.) Purchase 100% mastic gum.
2.) Use a moderate amount of gum and chew it on both sides equally for roughly 2-3 hours daily.
