I am 6'2 1/4 barefoot unfrauded using a stadiometer. I live in a shorter area and height mog tf out of almost everyone my age I see (no female attention since im subhuman as FUCK tho 
height halo overrated).
I did a survey (estimated no shoes height) and asked all my friends what they thought they were, and legit basically all of them were off 1-2 inches. 5'7-5'8 claimed 5'9-5'11 typically. A big portion were actually honest tho which i found odd. 5'9 usually claimed 5'10-11, but a big portion claimed 6'0 too. 5'10-5'11 legit almost all claimed 6ft. 6'0 claimed 6'1-2. Surprisingly my tall friends were the most honest on average, which i thought was weird too since they could get away with more, but i guess it doesnt matter at a point tbh. I then asked how tall they thought I was and got 6'3-6'4 averagely.
SAYING AVG HEIGHT IS 6'0 IS MANLET COPE.Average height seems to be 100% accurate imo, possibly even shorter in some areas, although people underestimate how much height varies by location. 6'0.5-6'1 unfrauded (in areas with average about 5'9-5'10) is def enough for height halo IMO.
As for advice, claim 1-2 inches above barefoot, nobody will notice. If u wear lifts maybe 3.
