nah , wouldn't be any time for your nervous system to process pain you'd die instantly or from a cardiac arrest on the way down

It depends how you land I guess. If you would land with your feet, legs, torso first before having impact on the skull you might be able to feel the pain before the skull get's crushed. But only if we have a high enough jumping point of the building.
