70-80% if it's just regular everyday Japanese, the grammar and lots of common vocab is quite ingrained in my head now
If it's more advanced and specialized vocab then it's more like 30-40% I'd say
I'm rusty on my kanji and reading Japanese though, need to get back into studying the language
