if you plateau in gym should you increase cals?

haven’t increased lifts this sesh. 1 rep extra on one exercise. shall i increase cals by 100-200?

when i had plateau in the gym i rested for 1-2 weeks and did nothing
after that weeks i was always stronger
yeah, deload week. tho i have been in a deficit for a prolonged period of time, so now may be time to increase cals. could still be a slight deficit, but not as large

my friends recommended me this and i thought its bullshit too
but it somehow worked for me

Solution
If you hit a plateau, try taking a two-week break from intense training, focusing on light cardio instead. Consider incorporating a nofap practice during this period as well.

also i don’t believe no fap touch. i’ve done when i was on large deficit since i had no libido, did nothing. maybe wasn’t the right way to do since i had 0 urges.
