Now granted there are a lot of studies that say that there is very little correlation, but encourage you to read them, they are of terrible quality. Most of them do not take into account sustained use of medication, dosis, and consistency, they simply look at individuals who took it and those who did not. Also I personally believe these studies get pushed more often bc there are perversive incentives to favor the pharmaceutical industry.

If you still don't believe me, just answer me this, have you ever seen a fat meth addict? You haven't because they don't exist. Because meth, which is chemically similar to Ritalin, makes you very skinny, because it accelerates your metabolism and takes away your hunger.

The issue with a lot of studies is the way the group is controlled. Think about how many kids are getting diagnosed with ADHD in this current world, and now think about how many of them really have ADHD and how many have shit lifestyles. Lifestyle growing up dictactes a lot of how we develop and having peak hormones, hence why people in the 1900s were typically more attractive(better hormones).

ADHD meds are not just methylphenidate/stimulant medications which I do agree are not good for you.
Non stiumlants like clonidine that relax you, but do not raise serotonin or tamper with even dopamine, and even increase growth hormone signficantly mog. Clonidine is also used for other things. But most juden wont give it to you and non-stimulant/stimulants can be used in different cases

ADHD is real, i still take meds, just a much smaller amount. It actually helps me gain some weight bc otherwise im too ADHD to even eat, get out of bed and move

For me I felt like I became dependent on them. Stopped for a while and it got way better exercise also helps alot
