I’ve been researching methods to make the midface look shorter, and I found something interesting: if you have a droopy nose, a rhinoplasty can dramatically improve your midface ratio. A downward-pointing tip pulls the whole subnasal region lower, which makes the midface appear longer even if your actual bone structure is normal or even compact.
