Yes
but because of processed food terrible posture
and nutrition
while the baby is in the womb
there is also a big factor of gut bacteria
because healthy gut bacteria seems to negate at least 60% of bad environmental factors
anyway we lost this

I agree. That tongue tie shit is caused by lack of vitamins so the collagen fibers do not get killed which cause this.

Honestly bro, I really do believe it works even in adults (>25). However it takes decades to see noticeable results, just look at stroke patients, their affected side slowly drop down over the years due to gravity. It doesn't happen in a short amount of time at all, but it will look different compared to their normal side after a long time.
