No man should be under 170 lbs. period, unless he's a midget, i.e., under 5'6".
Any man 5'7"-5'11" should be at least ~170 lbs. MINIMUM with abs -- ideally 175+.
If it takes you dropping BENEATH that then you're a victim weight bitch, no exceptions.
If you're 6'1"-6'5" then you better be AT LEAST 190 lbs. with abs minimum. MINIMUM.
Ideally a 6'1"-6'5" guy should be pushing 200 + lbs. easily with some form of abs.
And brahs a few inches shorter only have 10-15 lbs. less that's excusable as well.
You are a BITCH if when lean you weigh so little -- means small organs, poor health.
Means you have to catabolize your body SO MUCH you look like a sick twink when lean.
If you're gonna get lean, you better do so while keeping a good, healthy, masculine weight.
