The current age of consent is as young as 11 in Nigeria and as old as 21 in Bahrain.
I didn't run the numbers but it appears the average AOC for all countries on earth is around 15.5
The average age females complete puberty is around 14-15
Females start puberty at around 10 years of age on average

I'd personally say 15 years of age because by that age females are sexually mature and have gone through puberty. They should be mentally mature enough to take care of a kid and take care of the home (not foids in our fallen state though).
