Normally used by fighters, bodybuilders, powerlifters, wrestlers, and anyone else that needs to be within a certain weight class for a competition.
You drink x amount of water, and then an increasingly large amount of water, then drop your water intake drastically over the final few days leading up to said competition (or in this case, event) but your body will continue to urinate as if you're taking in a lot of water despite you actually drinking less.

Yeah but if you're eating a ton of shit then you're going to remain bloated anyway.
Simplest thing is just frequently drink lots of water, spam 400mg caffeine since caffeine is easier to get your hands on in a shorter period of time and pray 🙏

A week before: eat 0 sugar and carbs so i dont get bloated
10h before: blast furosemide to debloat, shower and wash my hair properly, blast alcohol to be low inhib (if you are naturally low inhib useless do use alcohol), shoelifts, good clothes, and thats it ig
