I don’t think so, if your wife isn’t regularly interacting with other men and you’re home enough I don’t see what would compel her to cheat. The on and off cycle of you not constantly being there should make her miss you when you’re gone and appreciate you when you’re home.

Then again you can’t apply logic to women, I don’t know it might depend more on how she views cheating.

Maybe if she assumes you’re cheating every time you’re away it’ll lead to her eventually cheating.
